Strategic Plan Presentation
Assignment Overview:
For this group project, my team created a full strategic planning presentation focused on Hendricks Regional Health. We analyzed the organization’s strengths, challenges, and opportunities, and developed strategic initiatives that aligned with their mission and the needs of the community. Our final presentation walked through the environmental assessment, SWOT analysis, and a detailed implementation plan.

What I Learned:
This project helped me understand how strategic planning works in a real healthcare setting. I learned how to take a large amount of information and turn it into something organized and easy to follow. Working in a group also strengthened my communication and collaboration skills since we had to stay aligned, share ideas, and support each other to create a strong final presentation. It also helped me build confidence in creating materials and explaining strategic concepts in a clear way.
